True North

At the heart of this workshop is the Inner Compass  - a practice inspired by Martha Beck’s work on finding your True North. Each of us carries an inner guidance system that points us toward what feels right and authentic. Yet, in the noise of daily life, it’s easy to lose touch with that deep knowing.

With the help of horses - natural mirrors of authenticity - you’ll explore how your body signals “yes” and “no,” and begin to trust the wisdom already within you.

What the day includes:

• A guided 1:1 coaching session with a horse to explore your own energy, presence, and clarity.

• Journalling prompts to deepen your insights and capture what arises.
