At the heart of this workshop is the Inner Compass  - a practice inspired by Martha Beck’s work on finding your True North. It is built around the belief that each of us carries an inner guidance system that points us toward what feels right and authentic.

I'm very aware that amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's easy to become disconnected from that inner understanding. The influences of friends, family, and society constantly dictate who you should be and how you should live. Deep down, I realized something was amiss - I was off course.

In this workshop, I will share with you the tools that helped me succeed in realigning myself!
